Great Hotel, but there are better in London for less.
Arrival and check-in seamless and very welcoming. Hotel very modern and clean and Four Seasons room exactly how expected. Very impressed with Champagne and welcome gift and noting our anniversary. Staff are very attentive as with all four seasons and know you by name. Food in restaurant was excellent.
My complaint with this hotel is the set up of the restaurant and bar. The restaurant serves both for dinner lunch and breakfast which takes away from making it somewhere special to dine for dinner. The bar needs to be more intimate, it feels like a walkthrough, or a pool bar. It needs to be more sophisticated for a Four Seasons. The private room upstairs should have been a separate restaurant/formal dining area. even if it was served from the same kitchen. There are better hotels in London for less cost.

Everything, except the shower controls, were outstanding.
Shower was impossible to use. Replace controls with plain old hot and cold water spigots.

Breakfast was quite nice with a lot of choices, I picked different menu everyday and was quite good
